Sanomune is a product focused biopharmaceutical company oriented towards the treatment of neurological and autoimmune disorders. The pipeline includes a repurposed biological for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease called SAN-61. It targets both the amyloid and tau pathologies that characterize the disease, as well as neuroregeneration via increased stem cell proliferation. An intranasal version of this compound, SAN-161, is being developed as well.

Since inception, Sanomune has secured compelling efficacy data, a strong IP position and has submitted for regulatory approval to begin two Phase II trials.
